We use a contact form on the contact page in order for you to easily send us messages. When you communicate with us via form we collect your name, email address and we store a copy of our communications. This information is send via email to us and is stored on site and in a mailbox. We clean our mailboxes once every second year, at that point all personal information is deleted. We do not use the information submitted through the contact form for any other purpose but to reply to your message. By agreeing to the Privacy Policy and Terms of use before submitting your personal information via the contact form you consent to your data being stored in our mailbox and in the websites database and used to reply to your message. The mail hosting and web hosting server and database server is located in Europe.

Contact form submissions (names, email and other fields) are stored until we clear our mailbox, unless you request their deletion. They are also stored in the website’s database and deleted every 10 years, unless you request their deletion.

Where you have contacted us via e-mail and telephone, We will hold your contact and enquiry details for 10 years.
